Deposits and application fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
The only instance for full refunds are if SSSA cancels the summer program on our own accord. In the case of SSSA cancelation, you will be reimbursed your deposit and tuition paid, not your application fee.
If there is a lockdown, global pandemic, or other situation out of SSSA's control, you will have a credit for a future trip/program. We do not issue refunds for trips/programs canceled by participants, groups, or other outside forces.
